This Privacy Policy describes how Allied Food and Confectionary Services Limited (“Allied”, “Burger King® Nigeria”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with your access to and use of the Burger King® Nigeria Riders Mobile Application (the “Riders App”).

The Riders’ App is designed to support delivery riders, including:

• Burger King® Nigeria-employed riders, and
• Approved third-party or independent riders

By accessing or using the Riders App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who:

• Register as riders on the Riders App
• Access or use the App in any capacity

This Policy is issued in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and all applicable regulations issued by the NDPC.

Background location tracking is active only during assigned delivery sessions and is disabled when the rider is off-duty.

• Verify delivery completion and routes

Location data is collected only during active delivery sessions.
